Aged on the lees for three years now it shows remarkable freshness and complexity. Enticing aromas line up in the nose: citrus and stone-fruits, then biscuit and minerality. Chardonnay ensures great elegance, while the Furmint brings in a unique character. More ripeness is discovered on the palate, together with grapefruit and lime, some quince, toasty and salty aromas. Rich in details, the mousse is round and soft, while the dosage offers great balance.
Blend: 33% Chardonnay, 33% Furmint, 24% Pinot Noir, 8% Pinot Blanc
Ageing: minimum 36 months
Dosage: 8.5 g/litre
Serve chilled at 8-9 °C and consume at a temperature of 10-11 °C.
