Vivid, pink grapefruit shade. The nose is characterized by juicy fruits, ripe red berries and raspberry with a hint of flowers. Fresh lime, ripe cherry and plum, nectarine aromas arrive on the palate together with herbs. Nice acidity and fine, smooth bubbles. Lively fruitiness gives the sparkling wine a friendly character and quite long finish. It’s all about spontaneity.
